Hi, I own a Dell Latitude D630 w/ integrated graphics (Intel X3100) with a Core 2 Duo Processor (T7300, 2.0gHz). I was just wondering, how hot do these things tend to get running on battery, and also running w/o a battery on an AC adapter. Should I consider purchasing an Antec cooler or something? Also, just as an aside, is it better for me to leave my battery in while I'm connected to an AC adapter, or will that just use up the battery's "cycles" and lead to quicker loss of the battery to retain charge?

no the batterys fine the cycles are how many times you charge up and run all the juice out of it and most laptops go into hibernate after your down to 7% so you may never run it all the way down

The D620/D630 should run very cool on battery so I don't think you have much to worry about.
