Its a neat concept I suppose but the resolution and screen size it displays is too small for what its worth I think.

I read the specs a few days ago and was not very impressed by the max screen size, throw distance and the other important factors you need to look at when shopping for a projector.

Go big and get a real projector for just a few dollars more, if you want super small for just a few people in a room like they are trying to sell this as, wait longer as they already have projectors so small they can fit in a cell phone body.

Saw that a few days ago, its really cool how small they can get now.
What plugs do you think it has on the back? just vga and power, I doubt there are speakers on there.

Vicious: Its for people that need it on the go, where a standard projector cant be found and you just pull one out of your breifcase and voila, a screen for everyone to see. If not in great detail.

I know like I said I understand the concept but its not a real liable one. We have a dell projector at work thats just a bit bigger with its own little carry case that does so much more.

You cant just run into some group of people on the go and suddenly need a projector to show them all something, for meetings and expeditions you have plans, so you would setup something worthy.

You cant just plop this down anywhere anyways, you would need a place to plug it in, a suitable place to put it, and most probably a dark enough area and a suitable screen/wall to put it on.

For what it is, its overpriced. Its the concept thats selling it, not its practicality.

I agree 100%. It has been a long time coming but the first line of Projectors built into cell phones will be coming quite soon. Of course us in the US have the Cell Tech barrier but I can definately see within the next 4-5 years projectors being widely incorporated in cells. And for those looking for a standalone projector, even better for you. If they are feasible enough to be put in cells they will be very feasible as standalones :)

Just look at how much the Projector market has dropped in price the last couple of years. Things mature :)
