Looking for something grown-up and professional looking and discrete that doesn't scream "I have a laptop, rob me". Those computer manufacturers or Targus logo bags are a dead giveaway. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I've got the Swiss Notebook backpack...i don't know how many people use them to know that there might be a notebook in them though.

From what I've read on these forums, people are very happy with their Swiss Gear and The North Face backpacks. The Swiss Gear Synergy and North Face Surge seem to be the favorites for the 15.4" size laptops. You can check www.ebags.com, www.newegg.com, and www.amazon.com for the bags.

I've personally decided that I'm going to be buying a messenger type of bag rather than a backpack- it looks much sleeker and professional (but has much less space). However, I want to buy one from Diesel because they look cool, which may just be screaming 'rob me' even though there's little indication that there is a laptop in there.. =/

I'm looking at some Ogio backpacks. There are a few I like personally. Not sure if it is the look your going for, but I'm pretty sure very few people will think that you have a notebook in there. There are a few that you might like though. You can look at them all at www.ogio.com.
