I have a travel mousepad that I use in case I happen to bring my notebook on a glass table. It's thin enough so that I can put it between the screen and keyboard.

At work i use one because its here. At home i dont because i have a really cheap mouse and a table i dont care about. If i had a nice comp desk i would go for it.
-
so why cant i find any one selling the vespula?
-
i do use them, I have a glass desk
-
I use a cloth pad + 3M gel wrist rest. I find it much more comfortable with the two, plus, the teflon feets don't worn out on the cloth pad.
-
I use one with a gel wrist-rest to prevent dirt collecting on the mouse feet. I pack a thin, simple mouse pad with me if I bring my mouse with me on-the-go (rare), for the same reason.

theyre out wahhhhhh

Wow, that was quick. Good thing I ordered mine the day it was released...literally, within an hour of the notification on Facebook.
You can still "pre-order" one on Amazon, although that's a silly choice of wording considering it's been out for a little while now. -
It depends. At work I have a nice desk so i use a pad, but at home I do not unless Im setting up at the dining room table.
-
I use a mouse mat with my desktop PC at home but it would be an unnecessary additional hassle to carry one round with my laptop - not impossible but it would just be another thing to risk misplacing when out and about.

My gel mouse pad just sprang a leak and the gel is oozing out, like some boob implant , I have it sealed with a bit of duct tape.
I am looking for a similar replacement , the one i had is in the link below.

EDIT : I am thinking about the "Belkin WaveRest Gel MousePad" has anybody tried it.

I have used my 3M mouse pad with gel wrist rest for some 4 years now. Still in decent condition.
Although the "3M Precise mousing surface" was designed for ball mice and is kinda rough, not too kind on those telflon mouse feets. I put a cloth pad on top of the surface. When it's time to retire the wrist rest, I will buy another identical one for sure.

I let the edge of my foamy bottomed mouse pad hang over the edge of my desk. Becomes a wrist cushion of sorts. I think it tracks better than some desk surfaces too. Laser mice FTW!
-
Yes, I'm using one of these:
Best mouse pad I've ever owned. And only $10 too. -

since i started using a mousepad with a wrist support , I can never go back to one without.
-
I use one at my desk. Just a generic one. I really want to try one of those wrist rest ones though.
More than providing a smooth surface it protects the finish of the desk. -
-
No, I don't need one.

I use a mousepad with my trackball.

fUnc F30.R Large. Great feeling surface. Just enough texture and resistance for accuracy. My Deathadder (1st Gen) and Logitech Anywhere MX work great on it.
Thinking of getting another when I get my lappy. -
I have a mousepad on my desk but I often just use the desk surface since it's much easier/more convenient. Though I have to agree with MidnightSun that the feet does collect dust much more easily and can often be a pain to clean.
-
i use the razer exactmat. the far right side is covered with stickers since i only use about 3/4 of the pad.
Do you use a Mouse Pad?
