    Does a Displayport to Mini Displayport adapter exist?

    What I'm looking for is a full-size-displayport adapter to a mini socket, so that an Apple-style mini displayport accessory can be plugged into a full-size displayport socket.

    There are conversion cables which go male-mini-male to male, but no adapters as such that I've been able to dig up so far. Anything?

    You sir, are 50% a godsend.

    The only issue is that they're going to charge $30 to ship a $4.75 part. I guess I might have to go for it if no-one has a European / Asian-with-reasonable-shipping source...?
