I got my Zalman NC2000 for my SXPS 16 2 weeks ago and I use it on my lap alot and it's very uncomfortable. If you put your leg in between the 2 lifted edges in the back you block the fans, but if you put it on the 2 lifted edges it cuts into your thigh. Does anybody else have this problem?

Well... you're not supposed to use it on your lap. It's not a lap desk.

Nor are you supposed to use the fans while it's on your lap, haha.

Buy yourself a lapdesk, and put it on that. Works great for me.

like most of the guys before have stated. the nc2k wasn't made to perform on yur lap. the only active cooler that comes to mind, that can be used on yur lap comfortably, is the cryo LX. u have to fold the front part under and that'll create a "base".

other than that u'r pretty much stuck with a lapdesk-type of setup. i recommend the lapinator. it has the comfort u'r lookin for, comes in 2 sizes, has a extension to use yur mouse on, AND most importantly it produces results!

lapdesk or get a new cooler, the notepal infinity works in your lap and pulls air from the back not the bottom so you do not have to worry about covering the intake vents.
