I'd like a pair of ear buds that are cheap, have good quality, & most importantly COMFORTABLE!. I'd like to be able to listen to hours of music on these comfortably. My budget is around $50-65, but preferably around $50.
    Thanks,
    Thomas

EDIT: Also, I'd like to be able to get these locally.
EDIT2: Any comments on these headphones(as far as comfort?) & if say Walmart or BestBuy would have them?

I just picked up a set of these a few weeks back, and they are by far the best earbuds I've ever used. The sound quality is fantastic. The bass that these things output have to be heard. Definately a 10 out of 10 product. After using my set, I bought a set for my g/f and my sister.

Thomas, you may want to look at the dell board, and PM ANYONE who has the M1530, as the earbuds you originally posted come free with it. I'm pretty sure a lot of people were impressed by it. Keep in mind that they are ear-canal earbuds, so unless you are used to them you will probably hate them until you have had them in your head for a solid 3 or 4 hours.

I got the sony EX51's and i like them. You shouldnt have a hard time tracking them down for under $50. They arnt anything special though.

They feel similer to a pair of earplugs. At first they were a little akward, but my job requires that I wear earplugs 50% of the time, so I adjusted quickly. The JVC's were a little stiff at first, but after about 3 hours of wear they were pretty much broken in. I can wear these earplugs during a 2 hour workout with no problems at all.

$50 should be able to get you a reasonable set of earbuds. I would look at finding some of the Metal Jacket Skullcandy. they're supposed to have a lifetime over-the-counter warranty too :)

I can second the JVC in-ear buds. I've been using my set for a year now and they've been great. Completely block out noise when on the bus and in busy lunch areas at school. I've actually used them as earplugs on occasion, when I didn't have a pair handy.

I wanted a pair of in-ear buds last year and did all this research...but I wasn't too keen on spending $100 for a really nice pair, and at the time I couldn't find anything decent for $50 where I was living. In the end I settled on the JVC ones for $25 thinking if they were crappy I could always get something better. They turned out to be so good that I'm planning on buying another when or if these ever break down.

As Jay said, they are a little stiff at first, but once you work them in it's great.

edit: I've also heard the Senns are good too, so it's win-win imo :)

i use ipod in ear earphones, the sound quality is what you woud expect for the money as for comfort, when i initialy bought them as my first pair of ear cannal earphones they felt uncomfortable and strange to me. but as with anything the more u do it the better it gets, i can now stick them in easily and get them in the right position without having to try for five minutes before i get it right.

ear cannal phones u will not regret the purchase whatever brand/type u buy

I use sennheiser CX300's. I've currently got three pairs of them, and everyone in my family has a pair also. You can get them for really cheap on e-bay(I've found them for $6.50 a pair but thats ordering 25 pairs) for individual pairs then you can find them for around 20, and maybe even less. I worn them for roughly 6 hours at work in a single day, after a while they do start to wear on you, but pretty much all phones of this style do. They sound good and are comfortable.
