How can you tell how efficient a car inverter is? Or what are some efficient inverters?

It would need alligator clips as well.

I'm want to make a small portable solar power system and wanted the best efficiency.

Sounds like he needs an efficient one because he'll be running it off of a solar source. You'll just have check the input power(volts x amps) vs the output power and decide what one will work best.

I guess I have a pretty efficient one already. It never said how much when I got it before. It around 90% from what I've read.
