    Envelope printing is not aligned correctly

    I am almost sure this is a printer issue and not a software issue.

    In Word, I am trying to print addresses and return addresses on a #10 standard business envelope.

    However, neither prints aligned correctly on the envelope.

    The address is too low on the envelope.

    I did not have this problem previously.

    What can I do?
