    Hi everybody help me out with this if I buy an Esata expresscard will it run at Esata normal speed or will ti be hampered because it is on the express card slot???

    (I figure it probably does but I have no idea of the speed of the express card slot...)

    Expresscard is capable of a theoretical 2.5 Gb/s. http://www.expresscard.org/web/site/qa.jsp#14
    eSATA 3Gb/s.

    That's all from a brief search of the internet. Correct me if I'm wrong anybody.
    Anyways, so it doesn't matter since you'll never hit those speeds with a hdd.
