I'm wondering if there are any similar products to the Evercool NB-FA1 cooler that attaches to the exhaust/vent.

I'm asking this because on my ASUS W3J the exhaust/vent is on the right side and it can get very hot and annoying. I've heard mixed reviews on the Evercool, so I'm wondering what other solutions are out there. The picture on the Evercool website is the same notebook as mine BTW.

I find that my notebook cooler which sits below my laptop diverts almost all heat from the side vent. Before buying it the vent was extremely hot. However, now I can't feel any heat coming from it at all.

I have a Zalman NC1000 to keep my notebook cool, but the main issue is that since my exhaust vent is on the right side, it heats up my mouse hand and gets annoying, especially while gaming.

The W3J is known to have a hot exhaust vent, but I guess it is better than keeping all that heat inside. I'm just wondering what other products than the Evercool are out there.

Wow that's insanely hot. 50 degrees higher and your laptop could brew a nice cup of coffee.

I saw an interesting DIY watercooling system on Instructables.com:

    Cool huh?

If you put it in the plastic case with a small fan facing the rear of your laptop it would be great.
