    You need software to play blu ray disks, if you did not allready know that. But besides that it looks good, if you are willing to buy something $100+ on ebay.

    Ok, perfect. I won't be using it to play discs, just to back up the massive amount of images and video I have archived. I backed up all my PS2 games before I left Canada, and now I could just fit them all on one dual layer disc.

    eBay's my only option where I live. After shipping it's just barely under $150, so I don't have to pay customs. :)

    Buy external hdd-s and flashdrives. BD is a dead end and waste of money.
    3.5" ed external about 200$ .. you would need to spend how much on bd for same space ? .. he he
