    Hi,

Does anyone know of a full-size, external keyboard that has the light-touch and shallow depression of laptop keyboards?

I like the keyboard on my IBM T42 laptop, but for ergonomic reasons, in the office I prop up the laptop screen on a docking station and use an external keyboard. But all the external keyboards I've seen have relatively the standard large, deep depressing keys. It would be great to have an external keyboard that looks and feels just like the T42 keyboard.

    Would appreciate any suggestions.

You can check out this site:

    www.zippy.com

They sell external kb's that are sized down almost like a laptop style kb and is usb powered. This is good as you can lean back in your chair with the kb near you without having to sit really close to your laptop to use.

    Hi Cman,

www.zippy.com seems to be the website of the manufacturer, with no instructions on how or where to buy their products. Do you know how I can find their kb's? Thanks.

I know newegg sells their kb's cause that's where I first found out about them so try their site: www.newegg.com

I'm trying to find out a retailer that sells it where I am but it's not a biggie for me right now so I'm kinda holding off. I know I don't want a full size k/b just one sized like a LT k/b but external so I can use it away from the laptop. good luck.
