Sorry if this is in the wrong section

I'm looking for an External monitor one of my choices is this:

    http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&redirect=1&s=dhs&sku=320-0921

Dell ST2210 21.5 Wide screen Display Full HD

But I'm just worried about the response time which is 5ms (typical). I'm assuming that's not that good for gaming?

    Here are my preferences:

    Budget:
    $140-160 (I know not much)

    Size:
    20in+ (17-19 is fine but i prefer 20 inch+)

    Response Time:
Not sure if 5ms is OK for gaming, so 2ms if possible

    Online, or Offline:
I think the best deals are online, Online shopping isn't a problem for me

    Max Resolution:
I would like Full HD 1080p, but 720p is fine, Again im not exactly sure

    Style:
I dont care what it look like as long as it is a nice display and get the job done

    Sound:
    Doesnt need a speaker inside

    HDMI?
I would like HDMI but VGA or DVI is fine

    Bright?
I would like the brightest i can get for that price

    Color?
I would like bright colors but whatever i can get

    Places online?
Tigerdirect, Newegg, i don't really care whatever has a good price

    New Refurbished?
I rather buy new.. But if it is refurbished and is like new then yes

    Anything else?

I really need advice on the response time also

    Thanks! :D

Dell has a 22 inch for $139, 23 inch $159 and a 24 inch for $199. All of these are 1080p and will serve you well.
