Can someone suggest a good external tv tuner with vga output so it can be connected to a Lcd Monitor? I dont really want to spend more than around $50 but if i cant get anything that cheap i guess i will have to spend a little more.

I want to hook up my satellite reciever to a second 22 inch lcd monitor and bypass the pc. I dont want to run it through my laptop cause i would have to turn it on every time i want to watch tv.
