I own an Acer TM8002 and I'm wondering if there are any FM radio tuners for my notebook, preferably one that is internal or that goes in a PCMCIA slot. Also, does anybody know when will Creative start shipping the new Audigy ZS Notebook sound card, cause they passed their expected shipping date of late October? I SO cant wait to get one. Thanks.

I think you can get some USB Tv Tuners that recieve radio - that aside why on earth would you want to???? A portable radio costs all of $10 (damn lack of UK symbols on this keyboard) - why would you want to spend quite a bit of money on something you can carry around in your pocket or stream off the internet...

eskimo_socks is right on this one...there's not much of a market for having an FM tuner built into a computer simply because stations are so widely available on the internet. I haven't seen a PCMCIA dedicated FM card ever, I have seen CompactFlash cards that do this so you could add FM onto a PDA. Usually TV tuners for notebooks use an external USB type of device too so it's not exactly built-in.

iBIZ makes an SD and CF model (I think) for PDAs, but it never caught on. I also don't think they have PC software.
