I'm getting kind of annoyed with the background noise from the G50 when you use headphones with it. Can anyone recommend a decent, reasonably priced express card sound card?

I'm not looking for fancy features, just decent audio quality and compatibility with vista 64 (I know 64 bit used to be an issue with Creative, dunno if it still is)

The Creative X-Fi is an option to consider.

Yeah, I saw that, it looks alright. I have an older creative USB soundcard, but I'd prefer not to tie up a USB port, so I'll maybe look into the x-fi notebook.
