Hey everyone I need a new desk for my notebook because I have been using it on the carpet ever since I got it for christmas and it really hurts my back to lay on the floor everytime i need to use my computer at least 3-4 hours a day. Anyways im looking for a small clear desk for my notebook. Btw is it good to use it on carpet? im scared of overheating because the fan comes on every 10-15 minutes. thanks

It's actually a really bad idea to use it on the carpet. It may overheat but the real risk is having it suck up all the grime and dust from the carpet which will, and probably already has gotten lodged up in your fan and heatsink.

    IKEA!

But yea, using a notebook on a surface without much ventilation always means more heat then usual.
