Does anyone know of a digital voice recorder that can meet the following?

USB plug and play (no extra software)
Functions like a flash drive (just drag and drop audio recordings into computer)
    Decent sound quality for lectures
    and cheap (around 50 bucks)

    Thanks!

I have an Olympus WS-320 that has worked well for recording lectures, so its cheaper WS-100 cousin might be of interest to you. They're very sensitive recorders, though, so if you're writing near it (I put mine on my paper notebook and wrote on it as I recorded the first time I used it), you'll end up drowning out the lecture and getting a lot of noise, so that's the main downside to this one. I don't know of any others that might do better in that respect.
