    I want something thin, looks good and offers good protection. any recommendations?

    Lenovo X61 is always a great choice if you are looking for something ultra portable.

    But, for better and more precise recommendations that guys on this Forum might suggest you, filled FAQ is necessary.

    @ Scottylad - You should ask a mod to move it to the accessory section, just use the red warning triangle to report your own post, saying that you want it moved to a different section. :)


    EDIT: Crumpler cases are pretty good, but quite pricey...

    Targus is a good brand of notebook bags. The one I have has fallen over a few times with no damage to my laptop.

    Shinza Zeroshock is excellent choice for smaller notebooks.
