My Asus G1S runs pretty hot when gaming (nothing heavy, Bioshock and Team Fortress 2 are the most intensive games, and I don't even really play at max settings because I like a smooth high frame rate), and I'd like to know what's the best notebook cooler for the machine. A lot of them seem to have fans situated on the bottom, while the main exhaust port on the G1S is on the back, coming out underneath the screen.

Check out the Zalman ZM-NC1000, which has gotten to most positive feedback from owners.

    Make your own ;) http://rageaholic.net/brian/cooler/

I can personally attest that the Vantec Lapcool4 isn't ideal. It is too narrow for the rubber feet, and the HD ends up sitting directly on the plastic... HOT.
