That's a normal HDMI cable. If you really want to save money, you can get really good quality cables from www.monoprice.com.

You might want to try eBay if you already have an account with them. I bought a brand new 6" HDMI cable from a Canadian location a month ago for $11.64 with shipping, handling and taxes to Calgary, Albera. Shipping took about 3 business days. If you need a longer length, they are more expensive, but should still come out to under $17 with shipping, handling and taxes.

Yeah I just hooked up my Home Theatre PC to my 42" Plasma using HDMI. I bought a generic male to male cable like the one in your link and get good picture and sound for my 42" plasma. It probably says its for games consoles because from what I've read the tv manufacturers do not want to support HDMI enabled computers to the tv due to some resolution issues so they advise against it. Thats what my samsung's manual said but I got no issues at all once I plugged it in. It worked for my samsung it'll probably work for you.

Fry's should work fine, but Newegg doesn't offer international shipping (like to Canada).

Ahh I thought they did, newegg is abit cheaper than frys in this department for the most part too. Frys has killer ram deals tho and thats where I got my Wireless AP too.
