I am looking for a sleeve for my 14.1 in HP dv2000. I am having a very hard time finding a simple black sleeve thats made for a 14.1 in laptop. Anyone have any ideas?

Also, you guys recommend netgear or linksys? I live in an efficiency apartment, so I really don't need the range. Just something that will get the job done. I am thinking of getting this:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833122016

I personally prefer netgear because it looks better... is there any real difference between the 2 brands?
    THanks.

    Another question:

Anyone know a good/cheap notebook mouse?

Also... I want to transfer files from my desktop (xp) to my notebook (vista)..... will this work:

    thanks

I purchased the manhattan portage case (14") for my dv2000 and the fit is perfect.

Shinza and Booq both make really good sleeves, they may be expensive but well worth it.

I purchased the case logic case for the 13.3 inch MacBook. It's not black but it fits my dv2000t like a glove.

I'm a big time linksys fan, lots of aftermarket mods available for it.

Linksys are good, but their "gaming routers" are not so great, especially their price. The DLink gaming router I suggested is much better in comparison to the Linksys gaming routers. As for the regular routers, I'm up for both Linksys and DLink.

yes for sure dlink has the upper hand in gaming routers, but i would reccomend a basic linksys router after reading his post. he didnt mention gaming. but yes, i do back you up on your statement. if you're a gamer, go for the dlink!

Here you can find a sleeve only section: http://www.genpi.com/Laptop-Insert-Sleeves-c253.html
Look for the internal dimensions (W and H) so you can compare it to yours. My experience tells that do not go for the "screen size" recommendations, since it is not very accurate to shop it that way. I have been a Sumdex fan for many years, and the protection is great.

Caselogic also has some cool sleeves here it has a nice "touch".

In regards to the router, I am a Linksys fan.. i never had problems with them. Easy to setup right out of the box.

In regards to the mouse... i LOVE the Logitech Revolution VX, but it is NOT on the cheap side.. but it way to cool :)

    Good luck,
