Hi guys, new here, first post.

I have some decent HP speakers that I had used on my desktop and am interested in using them on my new dell inspirion laptop. The only problem is that the speakers were plugged into the monitor of the desktop (I assume as a power supply) so they wont work on the laptop. Does anyone know of a way around this?
    Thanks
