I'm in the market for a hard case for my laptop, but it has been very hard to find. I don't want a whole bag just a little hard case that would fit over the laptop so I could put it in the case then throw it inmy backpack and not worry about it getting damaged. Any place I could find one?

I've been thinking about just finding some type of sleeve if I cannot find a hard case.

Hey, you are going to have a hard time finding a *hard case*. I know they make some for the Mac's.

Here is a page from amazon.com:
It has several brands, and differents types of sleeve's availi'

    http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_e...tronics&field-keywords=15.4"+notebook+sleeves

    or,

    ebags.com
    http://www.ebags.com/search/index.cfm?fuseaction=endecasearch&n=0&Ntt=15"+Laptop+Sleeves

BuiltNY, Crumpler, Booq, Mobile Edge, Belkin, etc. ~ They all make some fairly decent, sturdy, and reliable sleeves! You should even check out Skooba!

    Good luck!

Yeah, I've seen them for Macs so I was hoping that there would be some for Dells.

Thats not necesarily what I'm looking for. I have a case already, but I'd like something that I'd be able to slip into my backpack because my external hard drive is to big to put into my case.

Yeah, I may have to just go with a sleeve because everything seems too big and bulky.

I've looked around some and can't find anything. I think I may just go with a backpack laptop case.
