I had to use my extended warranty with ServiceNet, and I am pretty scared. I read reviews everywhere on the web. And they are all bad.

I purchased extended warranty for my ASUS N61JQ about 3 years ago.

My Webcam & Microphone stopped working. My battery's worn level is at 100%. And there is an overheating issue.

I went ahead and sent it in for warranty. Luckily, I still have a month left.

Anyway, after reading some of the reviews, I am extremely stressed and worried. Not only am I afraid they will not fix my issues, but it looks like they could even make the problems worse than they were.

I paid $100 bucks for this warranty.

Check them out on the Better Business Burea website:

It does not look good for me. :( I'm scared. My laptop was functioning pretty well despite recent overheating, the webcam/microphone, and battery. I'm afraid things might get worst, like my laptop completely messing up when I receive it.

I would like to hear your experience with ServiceNet.
