I've had my naga epic since may (of this year) but it seems that since last week, my naga epic has been starting to act all strange.

The mouse pointer would occasionally just stay in one spot despite moving the physical mouse, the pointer would occasionally only move either left and right or up and down for a few seconds (requiring me to unplug for a few seconds), etc.

Now the mouse doesn't seem to get recognized as plugged in when I wake my m11x from sleep mode.

Has anyone experienced similar problems with their naga epic??

Do you have the latest drivers and firmware? Do these issues occur in wired and wireless modes, or just one?

Just wired mode. I rarely use wireless mode.

Edit: Yes, I have the latest drivers and firmware.

I had an issue with mine the other day, re-loaded the firmware and it worked fine after that.

I tried reinstalling my drivers, oddly enough, when I woke up my m11x from sleep mode, instead of seeing "USB Failure" I saw "USB not recognized." I now have some hope.

Edit: I've tried contacting Razer customer support, but no response from them in the past 3 days. I'll try again later today.
