This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Has my SD card gone bad?

    I have a Kodak EasyShare Z1285 camera, with a 2GB SD card "Not Micro", and for some reason, it has stopped working.

    Everytime the camera starts, it says I have to reformat, which I do, but it flashes and goes back to the same screen.

    I put the camera in my Computer, and I could view the files just fine, as well as take them off of the card.

    I also formatted the card on my computer, but it still does not work.

    My question is, has the card gone bad? Or the camera?
