    Hauppauge HD PVR help, installation issues

    hi im having difficulties installing the drivers of the hauppauge hd pvr 1219 model.
    i run a 64-bit windows 7

    the reason says, drivers arent updated. something to do with INF to be 32bit on a 64bit OS
    i tried installing the hd pvr driver, still comes up with that message...

    yea, i tried that but it says drivers are not updated, hardware is not compatible

    I cant really help more since I do not have one, this is something I thought about getting though.

    I just dont like how it is compressing the video before I can edit it thus losing quality (I am a major quality freak)

    You have the usb plugged in and and the device on right? Also, did you put the disk that came with it to update the drivers or right from the website?
