    i got mine for a fiver ($8). serves me plenty well. its well padded, has extra pockets, document zips, single and double shoulder straps that have their own pocket for when they arent in use... cant fault it.

    you just godda shop around and not get sucked into marketing hype.

    You have to shop around and *look* for the deals.. :) You can always find great deals at such sites like: www.ebags.com, amazon.com, buy.com, cheapstingybargains.com, etc :)

    ebags.com always has awesome deals on travel bags! It all depends on the manuf., and their pricing flucuation/market...etc...
