Hello chaps, I'm wondering if I may get some advise from your fine selves.
Basically I'm looking to buy some headphones to attach to my m17 notebook so I can watch DVD's, Blurays and TV shows while in bed. Im working on a budget of around £100 ($120) ish.
There wont be an amp involved so I'm looking for the best possible sound that I can get for the money.
Can anyone give me any recommendations?
Thanks in advance
Nella

With your budget, ya can't beat the Sennheiser HD-555 headphones.
Amazon.com: Sennheiser HD-555 Audiophile Headphones: Home Audio & Theater
Not *quite* as good as the 595, but then again, those are a lot more expensive. -
Cheers for that, had a look around for reviews on them and they look pretty good. Have ordered myself a pair.
Thanks again.

Those are more music-listening phones. I'd recommend one of the better faux-7.1 headsets such as the Logitech G35 for movie watching as well as general PC use. It really does add an extra dimension to movies as well as games.

Headphones for watching movies?
