    Help! Razer Orochi doesnt move

    Hi, can someone help me? My razer orochi doesn't move at all, only clicking and scrolling are functioning whether wired or wireless. I already tested in windows 7,xp and vista, its all the same. Btw I just bought this mouse yesterday

    Have you installed/updated the drivers and firmware?

    Yes I already installed the driver and updated the firmware to v1.06 3 times already

    Hmm. Tried it with another computer?

    If that doesn't work, you might have just gotten a dud sensor. Hit up Razer for a warranty replacement, they're pretty quick about it.
