I have some questions I would like the forum help me with the answers:
1. Which one of the links is the best choice?
2. What type of TV signals I will be able to watch with this TV Tuners?, only cable TV?, can I watch TV signals for an aerial antenna on those TV tuners?. In other words, If I don´t have cable TV, I will be able to watch the TV from an antenna?
3. Can I watch Satelite TV with those TV Tuuners?
I have a Dell Inspiron 6000.
Thanks a lot

I would avoid the ATI TV Tuner...I had a LOT of issues with it before it finally died on me three weeks ago. I'm glad it did.
The Hauppague TV Tuner looks like it might be okay. If it is the one I have, it might have a few issues with DVR Capability on non-MCE machines...and I'm working to confirm that right now. There seems to be some ghosting on the recordings...MCE might not do that though. I'll post again when I try this on MCE.
I've never even seen or heard of the third TV Tuner you have there. -

I´ll have in mind your experience with the ATI TV Tuner, thanks for your advice. There is a lot of good opinions about the Hauppague in this forum and other forums. I would like you to help me with the answers to the following questions:
1. What type of TV signals I will be able to watch with this TV Tuners?, only cable TV?, can I watch TV signals for an aerial antenna on those TV tuners?. In other words, If I don´t have cable TV, I will be able to watch the TV from an antenna?
2. Can I watch Satelite TV with those TV Tuners?
I´ve found a TV Tuner from Sabrent on tigerdirect.ca, its really cheap, but also I´ve read some good reviews about this one. Can you give me your opinion?. Here is the link:

1) Only Cable TV, but an antenna should work as well. If you have digital cable (like Comcast) you can plug your set top box into a VCR (coax in), then attach the coax-out to the TV Tuner (that will change the signal into analog cable like the TV Tuner needs). That'll get you both comcast (or whomever) as well as your VCR (or DVD player for that matter)
2) See #1...if you plug sat into a VCR/DVD, then VCR/DVD to TV Tuner it *should* work...I've been recording some HBO recently.
The only thing I can say about the Happauge is to use the software you can get online from www.hauppauge.com. The software on the included CD sucks...I had a lot of problems until I updated it all. -
