Help me narrow down a backpack from these 5 for my Inspiron 1520

I have a Dell Inspiron 1520 and I need to buy a nice sturdy and stylish backpack. I will be travelling overseas and need a solid backpack to shelter my laptop and other random stuff (camera / ipod / glasses / watches / books and hats.) Could you please look at the following bags I have shortlisted and help me make a decision. If you have another suggestion, I would love to hear it. i really want a sharp and neat - uncluttered looker with a little bit of color from a design perspective. A nice plain face without the little face hooks that I have down below would be great! Thanks for all your comments!!!

Basic Measurements for my laptop with sleeve are 15" (W) X 2" (H) X 12" (D). Without sleeve and extra 9 cell sticking out: 14.12 (W) x 1.65” (H) x 11.59” (D)

1. Mountain Hardware Project - $80

Great backpack with a lot of padding but small at 1500cc. Has a deep laptop sleeve holder but not in a seperate compartment.



2. Mobile Edge Express MEBPE7 - $40.00

Great price and Love the design but internal laptop compartment width might be too small at 13" (I find this wierd since the case is designed for 15.4" laptops. and external demension list width at 16") there is ample depth at 11.7".



3. EMS Notch - $60

Nice looking backpack - spacious but felt flimsy and there was a sepearte compartment but no protective lining - the note book sleeve would have to protect.



4. The Northface Surge - $109

I would buy this hands down for the looks but its pricey and the laptop compartment is a wee bit shy of the laptops dimensions.



5. Swiss Gear - $50

Practical but I am not crazy about its looks.

 

Try the Mobile Edge Secure Pack backpack.

I went with the Mobile Edge Express backpack - Got it off ebay for $30 new. Its a superb back pack - lots of padding and protection, great build and it fit the 1520 like a glove even with the caselogic sleeve on.
