    Help w/Microsoft bluetooth notebook mouse 5000

    I need help install the MS BT 5000 mouse. I download the MS Vista 64 bite driver from microsoft and now i get the following error and can't get the the mouse to work. I've attach a screen copy of the error. I've HP HDX16 laptop.

    I re-download the bluetooth software and everything and nothing is working.


    Any help. Thanks,

    Try run the installation file as administrator - right-click the file, and then click Run as administrator.

    Also try installing the driver in safe mode if the above doesn't work.
