    I'll be going off for college soon and want to get an usb tv tuner to watch cable on the laptop. I don't know much about it and wanted to know what are some of the better tv tuners. Thanks

    just avoid ATI...their TV tuner software is just bad

    I've had positive experiences with desktop WinTV tuners, their USB version might be just as good.
