    Alright so here's my situation:

I live on res at University of Toronto where I don't have much room (let alone to fit in a T.V.), but I'd like to play my XBOX 360. Seeing as how I have a 19 inch external display I thought I could use that as my monitor to play my xbox games on..

SO what do I need to get to be able to hook up my xbox 360 to my computer? Is there a special type of tv tuner that has support for that input?

nevermind.. some closer searching and i found my answer! (answer being just use an official VGA connector to use your monitor as a tv)

Use the microsoft VGA cable if you have an external monitor. Thats what I do, it provides a nice, multipurpose, effective, high def TV.
