First of all, please ingore my crappy English.

Now, I've got a home cinema set without a dvd-player. Is it possible to connect the set with my Acer laptop?

If your laptop and TV(cinema) have HDMI slot - piece of cake(easy)!

Buy HDMI cable. They are expensive, but don't buy some expensive brand. Any will do.

Use Monoprice for all your cabling needs. :)

First thing you need to do is take a pic/tell me what connectors the home cinema set has on it.

Meaning hooking the notebook to your HDTV? Acer model? A member above mentioned if this has HDMI output than it would be simple. If not, look fora converter?

Still we need the models on both systems to be able to make some wild informative input :p

    cheers ...
