OK. I'm starting College this Wednesday, and my laptop will be ariving shortly. Instead of buying a new lock I will be using the Kensington combo lock my sister bought but never used. I don;t have any instructions, and cant figure out how it works. Can you guys help me?

HERE IS A PICTURE OF THE LOCK(I think its the right picture, its at least close.). I don't know the model number

Every laptop has a hole on the side for locks, when it arrives you should be able to figure it out. You insert the lock itself and turn in, and change the combo thus locking it

I know that, I just understand how you set the lock combo.

Mine works like this: you turn the thing 180 degrees and lock it "backwards" and set your own combo
