I don't like square bottom bags. I had a Targus one like that and it looked really silly on me.

I went with a variation of the Boblebee bags (much cheaper version) that have ergonomic support which is important for a heavy laptop.

A Targus looked sillier than that jetpack? Crazy.

Is that a backpack or a snow shovel, or did both just get run over by a car and somehow mixed?

They'd make fun of you at MIT for wearing that Sci-Fi prop.

I own this backpack and its ok. Theres nothing GREAT about it, but its very solid. It works fine with several college books and my laptop.

2nd that on being good back pack. OP, it works well for fitting up to 15.4" laptop. Anything larger will be a very "tight fit" ~ You would want to use a Neoprene sleeve to protect it from scraping/scratching when placing inside/removing the laptop.
