How good is this notebook bag

I'm looking for a decent bag for my 15.4" Acer aspire 5930G.
I found this:

It's the targus essential notebook bag, and I'm wondering how good it is.

It's the cheapest bag I've found from a decent brand, its only 100 Saudi Riyals (27 US $)
I need something to hold my laptop and charger when not in use (eg. at night), and something that lets me carry the acer easily to my friends house with accessories like a mouse and gamepad

I will not travel a lot with this laptop, usually to a friends house, or when I go abroad for the hols annually.

Should I go with this???

PS - Does anyone know if it fits widescreen laptops, as I'm currently using my dad's old bag which was for standard lappys, so I have to use T-Shirt to stop it from moving around inside

Targus has a good reputation for backpacks, etc.

I'm getting it from a local store here in Saudi Arabia
I'll probably go with it, since I prefer a laptop to a messenger bag

How protective is this bag, any ideas??
I was thinking of putting my laptop in a protective skin then in the bag for maximum protection

 

It looks to be a nice bag (from what I could see)

When you go to the store to pick it up, take your lappy with you and make sure of the fit (along with the protective skin)...that way you will know for sure!

I know that the skin will fit my laptop because it says FITS UP TO 15.4" WIDESCREEN

I'll probably take the lappy with me, but it's the store I bought my laptop from, so I might just ask if I can use their showpiece and see if it fits (if they still have it on display, as I bought the last piece )

I'll go soon, maybe tomorrow, and will update once I buy it.
