I recently bought an Antec Notebook Cooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834999850
And i find that there is little, to no improvement on my CPU temps. I Have a G1S which has no bottom fans, so drawing away hot air does not do much, i read somewhere that you can reverse the fans, how is this done?

If it's USB like in the image, you should be able to simply splice the cable, leaving the green and white cables (for data) untouched, while connecting red to black and black to red (power (5volts)). I'm not promising anything and cannot be held responsible if you screw up your notebook cooler. If however you do try it and it works, feel free to praise me all you'd like.
EDIT: Make sure the unit is UNPLUGGED during this process. -
Dumb it down?

1. Cut the cable at any point, preferably NOT close to an end.
2. Peel away the outer covering revealing green, white, red, and black wires.
3. Cut them and strip off a bit of the outer covering of each new end.
4. Connect the green and white wires as they were, green to green and white to white.
5. Connect one end of the red wire to the opposing end of the black wire, and connect one end of the black wire to the opposing end of the red wire.
6. Cover and exposed wiring with electrical tape FOR EACH WIRE, then close the whole thing up again.
Again, I deny any responsibility concerning the condition of your cooler if the previous steps are followed. Also, you'll probably want someone who knows a thing or two about electronics to help you out or just do it entirely. They should understand what's going on.
EDIT: I just read that one guy actually opened up the unit and simply flipped the fans over. Don't know if this would work with your unit, but it's worth a try. Definitely easier than reversing the wiring (yet somehow, less awesome). -

if you rewire it you can run the fans 12v instead of 7v ^^ get more powa!!!

well flipping the fans would be nice, but i don't see any screws and i don't really wanna pry it open
EDIT
I don't want to pry it open and have it flimsy afterwards. -
I just ordered the same cooler, Antec Notebook Cooler, and I also have the Asus G1s. My temps, using SpeedFan, dropped about 6C at idle(8C on hard drive). It doesn't look like its effective but it really does work. My keyboard even feels cooler now.

I have a targus notebook cooler that a friend picked up from Best Buy or circuit city...it seems to be a cheap model, 2 fans, no usb hub, and is smaller than my e1505....My e1505 sucks in air from the bottom...and so does the cooler..would splicing the wires for mine also work?

Okay I will look into doing it...I just dont like 2 fans pulling the same air in different directions.
