I purchased 2 sets of logitech V20. I thought they would be simple to set up, plug the usb and away we go. But I do not get any sound out of the, at least om pandora radio. The blue Lights are on my playback show a green circle with check mark but no activity on volume bar. The laptops internal speakes show movement but noy the V20's. Anyone out there know what I failed to do?
    Thanks

It's likely your system is still set to output to your notebook's internal speakers - output doesn't switch automatically. Since you haven't listed a system or OS, I'll assume it's Vista:

    1. Open your Control Panel, then dbl click on Sound.
    2. You should see a new icon at the bottom of the list for the V20 speakers. Click on it and then click on the "Set Default" button to switch the audio output from your internal speakers to your V20's.

If you don't have a separate icon listed for your V20, and you're using external speaker connections, then you'll need to select those in the Sound window and set them to default. However, it's usually either a separate device that's been installed, the internal speaker/headset output, or the Digital Output Device (HDMI/SPDIF). If they're USB, it'll show up as a separate selection in the Sound window.

Either way, you need to manually redirect your audio to your external speakers for them to work properly. Make sure that the speakers are enabled in the Sound Window also.

Following your instruction (and yes it is Vista) athough the V20 has a check make the set as default id not active and does not respond to my clicking it.

I really do appreciate your instructions and will try again.
