This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi my hp probook 4320s touchpad is not working one day i was using it and it suddenly stopped working the on and off double click does not work when i go to mouse properties and then hardware it comes up in devices as Synaptics PS/2 port touchpad in location it says plugged into PS/2 mouse port and This device is working properly but under device settings in mouse properties it does not appear i am currently using a usb mouse .
