    Any users out there?

I've been using a higher-end HAG chair but I had a bizarre accident with it, and when I also indicated I wanted a change the reseller has offered me a replacement to the original value of the chair. The Freedom is looking interesting as well as practical.

You couldn't really call me a Staples guy. Besides, when your butt is on it for seven hours at a stretch at times it pays to invest in a good chair. Not really into discussion about the cost of these as good chairs are $500 and up, but interested in anyone who might have escaped Herman Miller monotony and opted for Humanscale.
