I love the D-Series docks. The fact that you can just set it down and have everything. I understand that the Studio isn't a business class laptop, but I'm thinking of buying one for work. The thing is, I don't like that Targus dock. I hate how I have to plug up USB, Power, and VGA.

So I'm wondering about the USB Replicators with Video. The Kensington one, for example looks good, but apparently can't do 1440x900 and doesn't support Aero.

So what is my best solution? When I come into work in the morning, I want to plug in as little as possible.

The best you can really do IMO is to get a USB hub so that you only need to plug in one USB port, then plug the VGA and Power cables in.

Get a second power brick though.

    ^^^^ what he said.
I have a port replicator with video and it's terrible. Just stay away.
