After finally returning my d620, I decided to get something cheap: Acer Aspire 3050.

I want some kind of dock or port replicator but I have no idea where to start. The only connections I would need would be VGA, several USB, and PS2. I might also use a printer port, whatever that is. Are audio line-ins/outs ever found on these things?

What should I get? Any buying advice would be greatly appreciated!

Most printers today are USB. How much you look to spend?

Under $50? I don't know what they usually cost.

One option is a USB hub. It won't have the VGA or PS/2 connections, but you can definitely get one under $50.

For a port replicator, I think you're going to have to up the budget some. Belkin makes a pretty nice one.
