I got bluetooth on my hp dv6000t, so i wanted to take advantage of this $15 extra i payed. So i got the Kensington 72414 PilotMouse Bluetooth Mini Mouse with my bestbuy gift cards. I got it shipped to me, and i received it today. The top of the box was open when it was at my door. I took it inside and opened it up and everything was fine. Lucky me. I got the mouse working withing a minute or two, and its pretty cool. It is a tiny bit laggier then i thought, but i guess that is how bluetooth mice are (im used to a corded one) ...

Here are some pics i took with my built in webcam :D -->

ps: i just tried using my mouse from a long range, and to my surprise, it still works! it can go VERY far and still work... i guess this can be useful for presentations, etc.

I am happy with my buy considering the fact that this is the only BT mouse they have at bestbuy. :D

well it is perfect if i just move my mouse back and forth, but at times it is slow to respond... i have to admit that it is pretty annoying when it lags... it definitely would not be ideal for gaming, but for regular everyday use it is perfectly fine :D

    oh and another thing....

when i turn on the computer, all i have to do is click the scroll wheel, and the mouse comes alive, atomically! And after a day of use, i have realized that it stopped lagging, and is completely responsive! sweeeeet! ;)

Tphilly1984, do you use linux by any chance? I'm also interested in the Laser 8000 and would like to know if it works in linux. TIA.
