I was trying to copy some files to my usb drive, but way to many files. I tried doing the Hp drive key boot utility to restore it, but I may be doing it wrong. Windows can't format it, so what else could I try.

try this: go to My Computer, Right click the Removable drive, Go to Properties >Tools. Run Error Checking and Scan for errors and fix them

No good, when I try to run the checker it just quits on me. Under the "general" tab in properties its showing that I have 0 b left in my usb drive.

If you have a PS3 or Xbox 360 try and do a format, if it works then do it in windows

It looks like its going to take awhile so hopefully it will fix it. It shows that it only has 16 MB? So far it shows four errors.
