Hey guys,
Just here to express my thoughts on the Razer Orochi. In short, I don't like it and I want a new one. The Orochi is a good mouse, but its features impressed me as much as its extraordinarily low price of $79.99. I feel like I can get something with the same features for half the price.
I'm looking to buy a new mouse and I'm curious if anyone knows a mouse that:
1. Has Bluetooth, but batteries can be charged when I'm using the mouse in wired mode (not very important)
2. Isn't too big, with a preferred length of under 115mm
3. Has extra buttons that can be programmed via macro (this isn't really important)
4. Has cool lights (this isn't important either)
5. Doesn't have to have a high DPI, 2000 DPI should suffice.
6. Is good for gaming!
7. Is rather heavy than light.
If Razer made the Deathadder 80% it's current size, I'd jump right on it![]()
Thanks

I don't mind the price, but a few things bother me... The side buttons take some effort to press, they are not like the top two buttons. Another thing that bothers me a lot, mostly because I'm a neat freak, is that the crease between the removable top and the bottom gets dirty so easily, I have to clean it very often. Another thing that bothers me is that the Razer logo doesn't glow like the Deathadder

you won't see the backlit logo when gripping the mouse
haha

The Orochi isn't perfect, but it definitely seems as close as you're realistically going to get to your list of requirements.

I know that Logitech makes many types of gaming mice, aside from the G9x, are any of them less than 115mm in length and can go wireless?

The only wireless Logitech gaming mouse is the G7. It's USB wireless rather than Bluetooth, but on the plus side it'll have lower response time than any Bluetooth mouse. Not sure about the dimensions, Logitech seems to have removed it from their site, but in my experience, Logitech mice generally tend to be smaller than Razer mice.
If you don't mind wired, check out the G9/G9x. It's got a couple different swappable grips, I'm sure you'd love the smaller Precision grip. -
This one's a good alternative http://www.roccat.org/Products/Gaming-Mice/ROCCAT-Pyra-Wireless/

With your requirements...looks like you're calling for the Orochi. You should check that mouse out.

I'm mouse hunting again
